Can I work with more than one locums firm?

You may work with as many firms as you choose.  Keep a record of who works through a particular firm so that you will know which provider works through each firm.  Many times it's god to have a couple of firms you work with so that you can get all of your vacancies filled.

How and when do you bill for your services?
Clients are invoiced the week after the provider has completed their assignment. Invoices are sent via mail or email, whichever method is preferred.

What specialties do you work with?
We place all physician specialties except for OB/Gyn. Additionally, we work with advance practitioners (PA's and NP's), nurses and allied health practitioners.

Who arranges the travel and accommodations?
If an assignment requires travel and accommodations, Millenia will arrange all of the travel and accommodations for each assignment. If there are specific needs or requests, please let us know so that we can consider them when we make the arrangements.

What type of malpractice coverage do you offer?
We provide an A-rated claims made policy to all of our providers.

What is the process of using a locum provider?
Contact our firm and a consultant will obtain the details of your need. We will then send you our agreement to be signed and once we receive this back from you, we will submit available providers CV’s, references and skills listing to you for review. Once a provider is accepted, we will send both the provider and client a confirmation letter to confirm specific dates.
